  • Führung, Coaching und Entwicklung eines Teams von 10-25 Mitarbeitern in bis zu 15 Stores und Pop-ups
  • Sicherstellung einer herausragenden Consumer Journey und maximalen Store-Performance
  • Umsetzung von Verkaufsstrategien zur Erreichung regionaler Ziele
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Store Managern, Projektteams und Kunden zur Optimierung der Prozesse
  • Planung und Umsetzung regionaler Marketingaktionen und Events zur Stärkung der Markenpräsenz

DEIN PROFIL

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Retail-Management, Vertrieb oder einer vergleichbaren Führungsposition
  • Starke Führungs- und Coaching-Kompetenzen mit Fokus auf Teamentwicklung
  • Kundenorientiertes Mindset mit ausgeprägtem Gespür für Hospitality und Servicequalität
  • Verhandlungssicherheit, strategisches Denken und eine lösungsorientierte Hands-on-Mentalität
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie eine hohe Reisebereitschaft (ca. 75%)
