Are you passionate about precision and organization in fast-paced environments? As our on-site Document Controller for a Data Center Project in Frankfurt, you'll be at the heart of the project, ensuring that critical information flows seamlessly between teams. You'll manage and review project documentation to guarantee compliance with specifications, maintain traceability, and support reproducibility. Your expertise will help keep the project on track by making sure everyone works with the right documents at the right time — and in the right way. Explore Your Tasks And Responsibilities

• Organizing, managing, and coordinating electronic documents throughout their lifecycle
• Ensuring timely delivery of project-specific documentation to clients
• Maintaining and updating metadata and document sets in digital systems
• Supporting documentation processes in coordination meetings
• Training teams on project-specific documentation requirements
• Structuring and implementing uniform documentation standards
• Providing insights and data for progress evaluations

Show Your Expertise

• Completed technical or commercial training, or a degree in economics or a related field
• 4+ years' experience in in a similar document management role, ideally on large-scale projects
• Proven experience in documentation, administration, or document control
• Strong IT skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems
• Fluent in English, German language skills are a plus
• Experience of working within a Project site environment is a plus
• High social competence, strong communication, and a proactive mindset
