We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Engineer Civil/Structural (m/f/d) for our Data Center Business Unit.
Explore Your Tasks And Responsibilities
- Planning, project planning, calculation and installation execution planning of Civil and Structural work
- Preparation of detailed execution documents (e.g. drawings, functional descriptions, bill of quantities) for the procurement of installation and planning services and clarify any questions that arise during the execution phase
- Adherence to budget, quality and deadline requirements within the assigned projects
- Supporting project management in the preparation and, if necessary, updating of schedules
- Coordination of subcontractors and assurance of the highest execution quality, as well as compliance with safety, health, and environmental protection requirement
- Coordination and control of the interfaces of the individual trades
Show Your Expertise
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or similar
- Several years' experience in leading the design of Civil and Structural solutions in large scale projects
- Technical knowledge and understanding of Engineering, Design and Construction Civil and Structural works from Preliminary Design to Commissioning and Handover
- Technical knowledge and understanding of project execution processes in a fast-track environment
- Local construction knowledge
- Excellent English skills, Italian is an advantage
