Deine Mission bei uns

Als Developer denkst Du Software ganzheitlich – mit Blick auf Architektur, Logik, Performance und User Experience. Gemeinsam mit Product, Data Science und Operations entwickelst Du Lösungen, die nicht nur technisch funktionieren, sondern Kundenprozesse nachhaltig verändern.

Konkret bedeutet das:

  • Software ganzheitlich denken und entwickeln – von Architekturentscheidungen bis zum letzten Commit.
  • Sauberen, wartbaren Code schreiben, der stabil läuft und Freude macht, ihn zu lesen.
  • Qualität ernst nehmen: Unit-Tests, klare Strukturen und Fokus auf das Nutzererlebnis.
  • Systeme entwickeln, die robust und skalierbar sind – heute und in Zukunft.
  • Im engen Austausch mit Produkt, Data Science und Operations Lösungen entwickeln, die wirklich passen.
Qualifikation

Dein Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im IT-Bereich oder Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker.
  • 3–5 Jahre Erfahrung mit C# (.NET) oder alternativ VB.
  • Kenntnisse in SQL-Server & relationalen DBMS.
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse und Reisebereitschaft innerhalb DACH.
  • Du bringst Interesse oder Erfahrung mit AI-Technologien und Data-Science-Ansätzen mit und hast den Antrieb, ein AI-basiertes Produkt aktiv mitzugestalten.
  • Bonuspunkte: SQL, SAP (ERP, PP/DS, IBP), Erfahrung mit ORM-Technologien (Entity Framework, Dapper etc.), Grundkenntnisse in Windows/Linux-Administration, Erfahrung mit Webtechnologien, Kenntnisse weiterer DBMS wie Oracle oder Postgres.
