ABOUT THE ROLE
The Working Student: The Creative Content Creator's main role is to support the Marketing team in bringing the venue's overall strategy to life. You'll be developing, producing, and managing digital content across platforms like social media, Youtube and our website to boost our online presence, attract new audiences, and strengthen brand loyalty. This includes shaping content strategy, creating written, visual, and video assets and working closely with the wider marketing crew. The role calls for a mix of creativity, strategic thinking, and technical skill, from storytelling and trend awareness to analytics and confidence with design and editing tools.

MCMG
is a Berlin-based media and entertainment company, home to Hot Meal Records, the Hot Meal event series, Radar Events, and MCMA Agency. You'll mainly be working across the first three. We focus on bass-driven sounds; hot house, and all the bouncy, high-energy stuff that keeps the crowd locked in. Our goal is to push the scene forward by giving space to both established artists and up-and-coming talent. At the end of the day, we're here to create unforgettable experiences, bring people together through music, and build a community that thrives on creativity and diversity.
RESPONSABILITIES
- Develop high-quality content aligned with our brand's voice and objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to brainstorm and execute creative ideas.
- Create multimedia content, including text, images, and short-form videos, as needed.
- Ensure content is optimized for digital platforms and meets project deadlines.
- Adapt to feedback quickly and maintain a consistent quality of work.
- Photo and video shooting and editing experience with a focus on short form and long content.
- Experience leading shoots and overseeing productions from concept to delivery within deadline.
- Repurpose long-form artist content into engaging short-form cutdowns.
SKILLS
- Strong experience using Adobe Creative Cloud, including: Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro & Illustrator
- Ability to develop creative concepts and strategic plans that support marketing and business goals
- A basic understanding of marketing, including channels, marketing funnel/customer journey & touchpoints
- A proactive, collaborative approach and openness to feedback.
- Excellent organisation and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Understanding of the electronic and live music scene.
- Active social media user (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Meta)
- Experience with content management tools like Notion
- High level of creativity, attention to detail, and a proactive, solution-focused mindset
CONSIDERATIONS
- Must reside in Berlin.
- This is a working student position being a 15-hour per week role.
- Fluent in English, German is a Plus.
- Experience using editing and design software such as
Adobe

.
