We're Hiring: Validation Expert – SAP S/4HANA | Pharma Industry | Bad Homburg, Germany (Onsite)

We are looking for an experienced
Validation Expert (SAP S/4HANA)
with
10–14 years
of experience in
Computerized System Validation (CSV)
within the
Life Sciences / Pharma domain
.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute
    CSV activities
    for
    SAP S/4HANA implementation
    and ECC transformation projects.
  • Develop and document
    validation strategies and SDLC deliverables
    in alignment with
    GxP, GAMP 5, and 21 CFR Part 11
    compliance.
  • Collaborate with client Quality & Compliance teams to ensure regulatory adherence and process improvement.
  • Integrate CSV deliverables into the overall
    project plan
    , ensuring timely quality gates and milestones.
  • Work closely with
    SAP modules
    ,
    Solution Manager
    ,
    CHARM
    ,
    SAP GRC
    , and
    SAP Rise
    .
  • Apply
    risk-based testing
    and
    Lean/Agile validation
    methodologies.

Required Skills:

  • Strong experience in
    SAP S/4HANA Validation
    ,
    GxP
    ,
    GAMP 5
    , and
    pharma compliance frameworks
    .
  • Knowledge of
    pharmaceutical regulations
    and
    IT architecture impacts
    on validation programs.
  • Proven track record managing multiple large validation projects in complex environments.
