Organic Growth Lead at Music-Edtech platform

Your mission
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Organic Growth Lead to spearhead high-impact organic growth initiatives. With a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in driving traffic and improving conversion rates, you will take full ownership of key projects from conception to execution, including overseeing technical SEO efforts. In this role, you will also mentor and lead a small team of freelancers, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making and analytical thinking. You will be expected to have a strong technical understanding to optimize website performance and troubleshoot challenges as well as having your finger on the pulse with the latest developments within AI marketing. Reporting to the CMO, you will ensure alignment with strategic business goals and play an important role in helping Skoove meet their growth targets.
Your job
SEO Strategy & Execution:
Lead the relaunch, migration, and ongoing optimization of the brand website and WordPress blog.
Develop and execute data-driven SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.
Coordinate and support SEO freelancers and Wordpress developer in executing key initiatives.
Optimize on-page and technical SEO elements, including meta tags, site structure, and schema markup etc.
Collaborate with content creators to develop high-quality, SEO-optimized content.
AI visibility
Plan and lead strategic initiatives that help Skove rank for our most important search terms on LLMs
Be the thought leader in the company around LLM optimisation and best practices..
Analytics & Reporting:
Analyze website performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs and Mixpanel.
Assist the CMO with ad-hoc analytical requests, providing insights that help identify opportunities for driving growth and optimizing performance.
Present performance reports and recommendations to stakeholders.
Affiliate Marketing:
Collaborate with the affiliate marketing team, offering a fresh, analytical perspective and entrepreneurial approach to identify growth opportunities and enhance performance.
Campaign Ownership:
Lead organic growth projects and campaigns from concept to execution.
Identify and resolve challenges proactively, providing innovative, solution-focused approaches.
Your profile
5+ years of experience in B2C marketing, with a strong focus on SEO and organic growth strategies.
Proven track record of driving significant traffic and engagement through organic channels.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
Ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams, including marketing freelancers, web developers, and designers.
Excellent project management skills with experience handling multiple priorities and deadlines.
Experience in content marketing, link-building strategies, and user experience optimization.
You are fluent in English (speaking and writing).
Experience in e-learning, music, or games is a plus.
