Aufgabenbereich
  • Funktionale und disziplinäre Leitung des Financial Shared Service Centers für A/P & A/R in einer Umgebung mit Massen-Transaktionen.
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller finanziellen und rechtlichen Anforderungen in Bezug auf die Shared-Service-Prozesse.
  • Unterstützung der Konzernbuchhaltung, des Hauptbuchs und der Konzernsteuerabteilung bei der Erstellung von Jahresabschlüssen und Audits sowie Mitwirkung am jährlichen Auditprozess.
  • Kontinuierliche Verbesserung der O2C- und P2P-Prozesse, um die Geschäftsanforderungen zu unterstützen und technologische Veränderungen zu nutzen.
  • Implementierung eines ICS für die O2C- und P2P-Prozesse.
  • Entwicklung einer Roadmap für die Integration bestehender Tochtergesellschaften oder neu erworbener Unternehmen in die Standard-Finanzprozesse.
  • Management von Stakeholdern: Initiierung und Gestaltung des Dialogs mit zentralen Stakeholdern oder Mitwirkung daran, Überwachung der dezentralen Stakeholder-Dialoge und Identifizierung neuer Anforderungen.
  • Berichterstattung an den Vice President Finance.
Qualifikationen
  • Academic track record with a finance background.
  • Proven track record in leading finance teams,especially in a Shared Service Center environment.
  • Relevant experience in preparing financial statements (e.g. "Einzelabschlüsse").
  • Preferably Know-How in IFRS 15 and VAT topics.
  • Experience with C-level and senior management stakeholders.
  • Experience with transformation programs and migration setup's.
  • English language proficiency.
