Head of Finance

Your mission

As Head of Finance (m/f/d), you will play a key role in our international company with locations in Luxembourg, Germany, the USA, Singapore, and Austria. You will lead our Finance team together with the CEO, build a scalable, future-oriented financial structure.

Your Responsibilities

• Management and development of our finance team and responsibility for all financial matters of our international company
• Responsibility for accounting and controlling, including monthly, semi-annual, and annual financial statements in accordance with German Commercial Code (HGB) as well as IFRS
• Responsibility for group consolidation and reporting
• Oversee the budget and liquidity planning as well as the preparation of investor reports and financial planning
• Ad-hoc reporting requests internally and externally
• Development and optimization of efficient, scalable financial processes in a growing corporate environment
• Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders: founders, investors, supervisory board, tax advisors, banks, and international teams
• Close cooperation with the Head of Accounting and CEO
• Participation in M&A and post-merger integration projects

Your profile

• Degree in economics or comparable qualification
• Several years of relevant professional experience in finance consulting, auditing, or a comparable position in finance/controlling
• You have experience with both traditional controlling and "new" business models
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting, controlling, and liquidity planning
• Experience with SAGE, Lucanet, or similar tools
• A proven track record of building and managing a finance team in a high-growth and fast paced business environment.
• Strong analytical skills and a strong understanding of complex business processes
• Independent, structured working style and a high level of personal responsibility
• Strong communication skills and a confident demeanor with internal and external stakeholders
• You have already gained international project experience
• Hands-on mentality, attention to detail, and a natural affinity for numbers

• Language skills:

• German: C1 / very good

• English: C1 / very good

About Us
BigRep is an international 3D printing company. In addition to large-format 3D printers produced in series, BigRep is continuously developing comprehensive complete solutions for integrated, additive manufacturing systems as well as a wide range of printing materials on an open choice basis. The portfolio currently includes six large-format industrial 3D printers. BigRep GmbH, founded in 2014 and headquartered in Berlin, has offices in Boston and Singapore and, since the merger with HAGE 3D in 2024, in Graz and Obdach. BigRep currently employs around 100 people.
