As a GTM intern, we're looking for someone who is passionate about execution and product development. In the growth team we're essentially building a start-up within a start-up an we want you to be part of this from the beginning on. We've just closed our Series A funding round at Arbio, raising $36 million. We're now focused on developing and launching our new products, as well as improving and scaling our existing service offering.

You will have an impact on:

• With a growth engineering mindset, you'll help us validate and sell our new product. How can we automate processes in a smart way? How can technology help us to work faster and more efficiently?

• You will reach out to potential customers proactively to understand their pain points, gather qualitative insights and develop solutions that address genuine needs, thereby helping us to find true product-market fit.

• You will actively shape the new product and your feedback from customer conversations will directly influence product development. You will build your own MVPs to gather quick feedback and implement improvements that will excite new customers.

• As well as working on the new product, you will play an active role in the growth team. This will involve supporting sales of our existing products and taking on additional growth-related tasks as and when they arise.

What you will add to our Crew:

• German: fluency, ideally at C1 level.

• A basic technical understanding and an affinity for automation and AI. You don't need to be a developer, but you should understand what's possible and be excited to use the latest tools.

• Openness towards people: you can approach others and you're not afraid of selling.

• A founder mentality – you want to build something, not just do a job.
