We broke into the German market. We filled Deutsche Bank Park in Frankfurt with 59,000 fans at OKTAGON 62. We signed game-changing partnerships with RTL, Tipsport, and many others. Over a million fans follow us across social media, and our shows stream to more than 100 countries.

We are global.

And we are looking for people who want to build something big with us.

This is where YOU come in.

We're searching for a Partnerships & Activation Specialist — someone who will help us deliver world-class partner service and ensure our sponsorships grow with the same momentum as our expansion.

Tasks

What you'll be doing

Partnerships at OKTAGON aren't just about logos in the cage or banners in the arena. They're relationships. Trust. Execution. The promise that partners get more than they expected — and that they'll want to stay with us for years.

You'll take care of partners, manage their campaigns, coordinate with production, marketing and video, and be present at live events where everything happens in real time.

You'll make sure deliverables are fulfilled, ads run smoothly, materials are ready, and partner ticketing or reporting is handled without chaos.

Some days are structured. Some days are fast and unpredictable.

But you'll always have a strong team around you and the space to prove what you can do.

Requirements

Who we're looking for

Someone who understands partnership servicing.

Someone who's already worked in sponsorships, events, or brand activations.

Someone who can communicate clearly, keep deadlines, hold projects together, and handle both planning and hands-on execution.

Someone who speaks excellent English and is ready to travel.

Someone proactive, energetic and comfortable with fast-changing environments.

To be honest — we need someone who wants to be part of a product watched by hundreds of thousands of people. It's not "just a job". It's a lifestyle. And yes, sometimes includes late nights.
