Im Bereich Customer Communications übernimmst du eine Schlüsselrolle für unsere ausgehende Kommunikation: Du verbindest technische Umsetzung mit konzeptionellem Denken und stellst sicher, dass unsere Kommunikationssysteme effizient, automatisiert und zukunftsfähig bleiben.

Das ist der Job:

  • Du konfigurierst und entwickelst Templates zur Kommunikation (z. B. Briefe, E-Mails) in unserem internen Tool und stellst sicher, dass sie technisch korrekt integriert werden.
  • Du verantwortest das Testing neuer oder geänderter Vorlagen und stellst die Qualität sicher (inkl. Versionsverwaltung über Git).
  • Du analysierst fachliche Anforderungen, prüfst deren technische Machbarkeit und begleitest die Umsetzung bis in den Live-Betrieb.
  • Gemeinsam mit den Kolleg*innen aus IT, Fachbereichen und Operations arbeitest du an technischen Konzepten, um unsere Kommunikationsprozesse effizienter und skalierbar zu gestalten.
  • Du bist Schnittstelle zwischen Fachlichkeit und Technik und sorgst für eine klare Kommunikation zwischen allen Beteiligten.
  • Eigenständig entwickelst du neue Ideen und technische Optimierungen und setzt diese um – insbesondere zur Automatisierung und Vereinheitlichung von Textbausteinen.

Das bringst Du mit:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium – wichtiger ist uns jedoch deine IT-Affinität und Lernbereitschaft.
  • Erste Berufserfahrung im technischen oder systemnahen Umfeld (z. B. IT-Administration, Business-Analyse, Requirements Engineering).
  • Verständnis für logikbasierte oder skriptähnliche Programmierung (z. B. SQL, HTML, XML).
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Versionsverwaltungssystemen (z. B. Git) ist ein Plus.
  • Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich, bringst Gestaltungswillen mit und fühlst dich in einem dynamischen Arbeitsumfeld wohl.
  • Kommunikation und Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern gehören für dich selbstverständlich dazu.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden dein Profil ab.
