Job DescriptionWe are currently looking for a skilled & passionate Technical Business Analyst (m/f/d) to become part of one of our Supply Tech team at ABOUT YOU Our Supply Tech team is responsible for finding technical solutions that power our core business operations. We focus on the supply chain, from initial procurement and product data management to inventory and shipping. Our team ensures these processes are seamless and efficient, using our deep system knowledge to run our ABOUT YOU shops across all countries and business models. What you will do:Lead strategic and operational projects from initial requirements to deploymentServe as a primary point of contact for project-related communication and facilitate meetings, manage expectations, and act as a "translator" between technical and non-technical teamsCollaborate with business stakeholders to understand their goals, processes, and challengesTranslate these business needs into clear, detailed, and actionable technical requirements and functional specificationsWork with the product owner and solution architects to design effective technical solutionsDevelop and execute test cases to validate that delivered solutions meet the specified requirementsManage project planning, timelines, and provide regular status updates to stakeholdersCreate and maintain comprehensive documentation, including use cases and process flows to ensure a shared understanding across all teams Who you are:3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a tech environment.Strong project and process management skills incl. collaborating with cross-functional teamsSolid understanding of business processes and the ability to translate them into technical requirementsStrong analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to perform data analysis and solve complex problemsStrong technical curiosity and understanding of how systems and architectures work, including knowledge of databases, data flows, logs, payloads, and SQLExcellent communication skills in English (written and spoken) Nice to have:Experience in eCommerceProcess modelling skillsBenefits: Hybrid workingFresh fruit every daySports coursesFree access to code.talksExclusive employee discountsFree drinksLanguage coursesLaracast account for freeCompany partiesHelp in the relocation processMobility subsidyState-of-the-art technologyCentral LocationFlexible Working HoursProfessional trainingDog-friendly officeAY AcademyFeedback CultureJob Bikes YOU ARE THE CORE OF ABOUT YOUWe take responsibility for creating an inclusive and exceptional environment where all genders, nationalities, and ethnicities feel welcomed and accepted exactly as they are.
