Role Summary
In this Berlin-based role, the Brand Manager will lead the planning and execution of 360° brand campaigns for SHEIN, with a strong focus on brand curation and storytelling that elevate brand equity. This role bridges data-driven insights and creative excellence, ensuring that every campaign strengthens consumer connection and reflects SHEIN's fast, inclusive, and trend-driven DNA.
Your Role & Scope
Brand Strategy & Positioning:
Develop and implement brand strategies aligned with SHEIN's business objectives, market trends, and consumer insights.
- Define how SHEIN's brand purpose translates into local relevance — ensuring brand coherence across global and regional campaigns.
Curate brand messages and creative direction to strengthen equity pillars
Campaign Leadership:
Lead the full lifecycle of brand campaigns — from ideation to rollout — across online and offline touchpoints.
- Partner closely with Performance Marketing, PR, and Creative to deliver integrated campaigns that drive both awareness and conversion.
Manage agency and vendor relationships for creative production and activations.
Brand Tracking & Insights:
Track brand health metrics (awareness, perception, NPS, social sentiment) and analyze consumer behavior to identify brand opportunities.
- Work with data and strategy teams to translate insights into creative briefs and campaign optimizations.
- Collaborate closely with global teams to ensure unified messaging.
- Communicate campaign performance, learnings, and creative recommendations to leadership.
Requirements To Thrive In Your New Role
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field, with 4+ years in brand or integrated marketing within fashion, lifestyle, or digital brands.
- Fluent in English and German, with strong storytelling and cross-cultural communication skills.
- Proven track record in media buying, experiential campaigns, and creative brand execution.
- Sharp brand sense and data-driven mindset linking KPIs to business results.
- Strong project, budget, and stakeholder management in fast-paced environments.
- Entrepreneurial, agile, and collaborative, thriving in dynamic, global teams.
