The position

At Hive Technologies, we believe growth never stops – for our people and for our business. As our new Learning & Development Partner, you'll shape how our teams learn, share, and grow together. You'll take the lead in rolling out and optimizing our new 360Learning platform, creating a culture where learning is collaborative, accessible, and impactful.

What you'll do
  • Own and evolve Hive's learning strategy – from onboarding to leadership development.
  • Drive engagement with our new 360Learning platform and ensure seamless adoption across teams.
  • Partner with managers to identify learning needs and translate them into actionable programs.
  • Design, launch, and measure learning experiences that actually stick.
  • Analyze learning data to continuously improve impact and participation.
  • Establish systems for effective feedback and performance conversations across all levels.
What you'll bring
  • 1–2 years of experience in Learning & Development or People Development.
  • Hands-on experience with digital learning tools (bonus if you've worked with 360Learning).
  • Strong project management skills and an eye for user experience.
  • A collaborative mindset and passion for helping people grow.
  • Fluent in English (German is a plus).
