Learning and Development Manager

You'll take the lead in rolling out and optimizing our new 360Learning platform, creating a culture where learning is collaborative, accessible, and impactful.
What you'll do- Own and evolve Hive's learning strategy – from onboarding to leadership development.
- Drive engagement with our new 360Learning platform and ensure seamless adoption across teams.
- Partner with managers to identify learning needs and translate them into actionable programs.
- Design, launch, and measure learning experiences that actually stick.
- Analyze learning data to continuously improve impact and participation.
- Establish systems for effective feedback and performance conversations across all levels.
- 1–2 years of experience in Learning & Development or People Development.
- Hands-on experience with digital learning tools (bonus if you've worked with 360Learning).
- Strong project management skills and an eye for user experience.
- A collaborative mindset and passion for helping people grow.
- Fluent in English (German is a plus).
