**Financial Systems Lead**

Full-time ∙ Manager

Job description

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop, design, test, and implement new features
- Advise and support our accounting and tax departments in optimizing work processes and accompany their implementation
- Analysis of the current situation, creation of concepts, and ensure best practices and associated governance
- Develop innovative solutions with a focus on automation and digitization
- Project management of significant IT and transformation projects (including optimization current system processes and standardization of various core financial processes)
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define, align, prioritize, and document business requirements
- Project planning (setup of strategic project portfolio, ROI, deadline, and milestone planning)
- Project controlling (creation of regular project status reports, KPI monitoring, milestone/deadline, resources, and budget /cost control)
- Planning, coordination, and moderation of project workshops
- Creation of group-wide communication of project results
- End-user support, training, and documentation of core finance processes

**Requirements**:

- Successfully completed business studies with a focus on business information systems or a comparable education
- At least 5-7 years related professional experience, including experience working with end-users to meet business needs
- In-depth knowledge of at least one accounting/ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system and operating principles (e.g. SAP, Oracle)
- Experience working within a finance support function and extensive knowledge of financial business processes
- Experience within business intelligence and data analytics tools (e.g. MS Power BI, Tableau, SQL)
- Experience working closely with software vendors, software engineers and data teams
- Experience designing and structuring infrastructure for systems support and monitoring
- Ability to comprehend complex technical requirements and to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills
- Independent, structured and process-oriented way of working
- You excel by excellent English, reliability, diligence, strong communication skills and your obliging personality.

**Salary**: 60,000.00€ - 70,000.00€ per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Zürich, ZH: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
