The Head of SIX Go-To-Market Execution (m/f/d) will lead a global strategy focused on delivering a unified, customer-centric experience throughout the entire lifecycle. This executive role is pivotal in driving transformation at scale, ensuring operational excellence, and fostering innovation through strategic ecosystem partnerships. The position is responsible for shaping the overarching vision, setting clear priorities, and orchestrating cross-functional execution to achieve tangible business outcomes.

In this capacity, the position holder will define and implement a comprehensive transformation strategy that aligns with corporate objectives and enhances customer lifetime value. The role champions a seamless, end-to-end experience that integrates transformation initiatives across all customer touchpoints. A key aspect involves establishing governance frameworks for standardized processes, tools, and methodologies to ensure speed, consistency, and scalability across the organization.

The leader is also instrumental in integrating industry expertise, digital innovation, and value advisory to deliver differentiated outcomes for customers. Additionally, the role cultivates and strengthens strategic partnerships, communities, and co-innovation programs to accelerate go-to-market success. With a strong focus on performance and accountability, the role drives measurable impact through well-defined KPIs, centralized oversight, and transparent reporting mechanisms.

  • Operational Excellence: Establish governance for standardized processes, tools, and methodologies to ensure speed, consistency, and scalability.
  • Expertise Integration: Leverage industry insights, digital innovation, and value advisory to deliver differentiated outcomes for customers.
  • Ecosystem Development: Build and strengthen strategic partnerships, communities, and co-innovation programs to accelerate go-to-market success.
  • Performance & Accountability: Drive measurable impact through clear KPIs, centralized oversight, and transparent reporting.

  • Global & Cross-Cultural Leadership: Skilled in leading diverse, matrixed teams across regions with cultural sensitivity and adaptability.

Experience Required:

  • 15+ years of experience in enterprise software, technology, or digital transformation leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of driving large-scale transformation and go-to-market execution in a global, matrixed organization.
  • Extensive experience in go-to-market strategy, transformation leadership, or business execution.
  • Demonstrated success in building strategic partnerships, co-innovation programs, or ecosystem-based growth models.
  • Experience with operational governance and process standardization across multi-region teams.
  • Strong understanding of cloud-based enterprise applications, SaaS business models, and digital transformation drivers.
  • Prior executive or senior director-level experience in GTM strategy, business operations, or transformation leadership.
  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred; specialization in business strategy, digital innovation, or organizational transformation advantageous.
