Bist du ein kommunikationsstarker Problemlöser, der stets die optimalen Lösungen für Kunden im Blick hat? Arbeite an unserem Standort in Egelsbach (bei Frankfurt am Main) als Client Delivery Specialist (m/w/x).

Deine Aufgaben
  • Kundenanfragen bearbeiten: Mit Sorgfalt bearbeitest du Kundenanfragen sowohl schriftlich als auch telefonisch.
  • Auftragsabwicklung: Du kümmerst dich um die Auftragsabwicklung sowie die Bearbeitung von Transport- und Bestandsthemen.
  • Koordination: Du koordinierst die Schnittstelle zwischen unseren Auftraggebern und den Abteilungen Lager, IT und Transportmanagement.
  • Prozessverbesserung: Ab dem ersten Tag packst du mit an und bringst deine Ideen sowie Kreativität ein, z.B. zur Verbesserung der Arbeitsprozesse.
  • Reporting: Du erstellst Reports und stellst sicher, dass alles nach Plan läuft.
Dein Profil
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Berufserfahrung in der Kundenbetreuung, im Vertriebsinnendienst oder vergleichbar
  • Gute MS Office-Kenntnisse, sowie sehr gute Kenntnisse in SAP
  • Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse (mind. C1) und gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. B2)
  • Selbstständige Arbeitsweise und Kommunikationsstärke
