Was Dich erwartet:
  • Dein Ziel ist es, unsere Apothekenkooperation mea – meine apotheke als (digitalen) Marktführer und Impulsgeber unserer Branche zu etablieren.
  • Unsere Zielgruppen - Endverbraucher, Apotheke und Industriepartner - im Fokus generierst Du ein 360-Grad-Verständnis für unser Markt- und Wettbewerbsumfeld.
  • Du identifizierst und beurteilst insightbasiert zukunftsweisende Innovationsthemen, Wachstumsfelder und mögliche strategische Partnerschaften für die Weiterentwicklung unseres Kooperations-Produktportfolios.
  • Für marktgerechte Geschäftsmodelle und innovative Produktideen entwickelst Du Prototypen und erprobst sie in der realen Welt.
  • Deine Ergebnisse fließen über die Ausarbeitung möglicher Geschäftsszenarien und Businesspläne als Entscheidungsvorlagen in das Produktportfolio-Management ein.
  • Mit Brand Management, Produktmanagement, Vertrieb und strategischem Einkauf arbeitest Du eng zusammen.
Dein Profil:
  • Du verfügst über ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre mit Schwerpunkt Marketing, Business Development oder einer vergleichbaren Ausrichtung und hast relevante Berufserfahrung im Bereich Innovationsmanagement, Beratung oder im Startup-Umfeld.
  • Neben umfangreichem Fachwissen in den Methoden des Innovationsmanagements kannst Du Kompetenz im Aufbau und in der Entwicklung von (digitalen) Innovationen nachweisen.
  • Es macht Dir Freude, Herausforderungen kreativ anzugehen und dabei auf Deine ausgeprägten kommunikativen und analytischen Fähigkeiten, gepaart mit einer strukturierten und selbständigen Arbeitsweise, zurückzugreifen.
  • Mit dem Geschäftsmodell eines pharmazeutischen Großhandels sowie dem Apothekenkooperationsmarkt und dessen Marktumfeld bist Du im besten Fall vertraut.
