Bei Exaring suchen wir eine technische Leitfigur wie dich, die unsere TV- und Web-Apps mit Vision und Code-Exzellenz prägt. Als Tech Lead übernimmst du die Architektur-Governance unserer React- und React-Native-Plattform, führst das Web-TV Platform Team und bleibst mindestens 50% deiner Zeit hands‑on im Code. Gemeinsam mit Product‑, Video‑ und App‑Teams sorgst du für konsistente, hochperformante Living‑Room‑Erlebnisse auf Browser, Smart‑TVs (Tizen, webOS), Amazon Vega, Tivo OS und Xperia.

Verantwortungsbereiche

  • Architektur & Vision: Du prägst unsere technische Plattformstrategie - von der übergreifenden Architektur und Shared Component Library über Coding Best Practices, Performance-Budgets und Entscheidungsrichtlinien.

  • Hands‑on Development - du entwickelst selbst aktiv an der React‑Native‑basierten Vega‑App sowie an der frontend‑seitigen Architektur von

  • Team Leadership - Du übernimmst nicht nur die fachliche Führung unseres Web-TV Platform Teams, sondern inspirierst und entwickelst deine Kolleg:innen weiter.

  • Governance & Enablement - du entwickelst unsere Coding‑Standards, Review‑Prozesse weiter und unterstützt die Feature‑Teams.

  • Guild & Community - du supportest die Web‑TV‑Belange in der Video Experience Guild und teilst dein Wissen mit deinen Kolleg:innen.

  • Stakeholder Management - du arbeitest eng mit Product Management zusammen und vertrittst die Engineering-Sicht im Web-TV-Backlog und berichtest direkt an den Head of Development.

Stellenanforderungen Dein Profil

  • 8+ Jahre JavaScript/TypeScript, davon 4+ Jahre React.

  • Du bist Typescript Profi und hast mehrere Jahre React + React native in produktiven Umgebungen entwickelt.

  • Erfolgreiche Führung kleiner Architektur‑ oder Plattform‑Teams (Staff, Principal, Lead).

  • Du bist ein Kommunikationstalent (Deutsch & Englisch) und liebst es, dein Wissen als Coach weiterzugeben und andere zu begeistern.
