TASKS WITH IMPACT

• You support the Retail Media New Business Team throughout the entire product development process of new advertising solutions
• From initial idea generation, testing, and business case modeling to international rollouts and the development of sales strategies – you take on your own tasks and projects
• You enjoy solving complex problems creatively and are excited to use your excellent conceptual, analytical, and organizational skills to explore new business ideas
• You contribute to defining strategic milestones and take a hands-on role in their implementation by negotiating with internal and external partners
• Media planning, monitoring, optimization of media campaigns, and preparation of client reports are part of your area of responsibility
• You independently manage Douglas product testing campaigns and CRM campaigns during your internship
• You act as the interface between our Sales, Campaign Management, and Client Service Teams, as well as various internal departments

YOUR SKILLS

• You are studying Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or a comparable field (preferably with a focus on E-Commerce, Digital Business, or Innovation Management), or you are in your gap year between your Bachelor's and Master's degree
• You have a strong strategic mindset and a quick grasp of new topics
• You have excellent numerical and target group understanding and enjoy both analytical and conceptual tasks
• You are eager to take on new challenges and are passionate about exploring new and unfamiliar topics
• You work independently with a high degree of accuracy and service orientation
• You have already gained initial professional experience through previous internships
• You possess advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
• You are fluent in German and English (at least C1 level)
• You bring a hands-on mentality and like to think outside the box
