Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Als Requirementsengineer (m/w/d) entwickeln Sie mit einem interdisziplinären Team von internen und externen Spezialisten das Systemdesign von modernen bodengebundenen Luftverteidigungssystemen kurzer Reichweite
  • Dabei begleiten Sie die gesamte Entstehungsphase eines komplexen Systems, von der Definition bis zur Verifikation und sind der Ansprechpartner für die Spezifikationen auf der Gesamtsystemebene
  • Sie ermitteln Kunden- und Systemanforderungen zur Erstellung der Systemspezifikation. Weiterhin stellen Sie sicher, dass die Anforderungen korrekt und vollständig an die Subsysteme weitergegeben werden
  • Während der verschiedenen Entwicklungsphasen verantworten sie insbesondere die Pflege der Anforderungen und der dazugehörigen Nachweise des zu entwickelnden Systems
  • Ihre fachliche Breite befähigt sie den interdisziplinären Dialog zwischen den beitragenden Disziplinen zu moderieren und geeignete Lösungen herauszuarbeiten. Zudem unterstützen Sie bei der Kommunikation mit dem Kunden und bei der technischen Betreuung von Unterauftragnehmern, auch auf internationaler Ebene
  • Sie sichern die Qualität Ihrer Arbeit durch die Nutzung moderner, modellbasierter Methoden und Werkzeuge

Ihr Profil:

  • Voraussetzung für diese Position ist ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium (Uni/TH) einer Ingenieurwissenschaft z. B. Systems Engineering, Luft- & Raumfahrttechnik, Maschinenbau oder Software Engineering
  • Sie haben bereits Erfahrung im Bereich Anforderungsmanagement und eine systematische Entwicklung nach Methoden des Systems Engineering ist für Sie selbstverständlich. Fachkenntnisse oder Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen bodengebundene Luftverteidigung, Führungssysteme, Radarsysteme oder Lenkflugkörper machen Sie für uns zusätzlich interessant
  • Sie begeistern sich für komplexe technische Großsysteme und haben die Fähigkeit funktional zu abstrahieren und in komplexen Zusammenhängen zu denken
  • Bestenfalls konnten Sie sich bereits Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Tools wie DOORS NG aneignen
  • Abschließend verfügen Sie über gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift und sind bereit, diese in einem internationalen Umfeld anzuwenden
