We are looking for Financial Analyst to join our team in Germany.
Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze and present financial reports in an accurate, transparent and timely manner
- Communicate monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in comparison to prior year(s), forecast and budget
- Manage the SBU´s financial monitoring and reporting systems
- Manage global sales accruals processes for the SBU
- Act as a financial partner of the Sales Team
- Research and report on factors influencing business performance, and adjust reporting requirements accordingly (set new KPI´s when needed)
- Conduct reviews and evaluations for performance improvement opportunities
- Supervise annual internal audit processes, provide support and/or guidance to the plants in relation to SOX audits
- Communicate, monitor and ensure compliance to the companys guidelines and procedures
- Implement robust communication processes with the plants
- Prioritize tasks and requirements diligently, whether routine or ad-hoc
- Ensure that all statutory requirements of the various legal entities are met
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting
- Team player
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in SAP (relevant module)
- Proficient in standard Microsoft Office solutions, especially Excel & Access
- Proficiency in English and German languages
