About this role

In der kombinierten Rolle als Technischer Analyst und Service Consultant arbeitest du eng mit unseren Kunden zusammen und bist dabei zentrale Ansprechperson für fachliche und technische Fragestellungen. Du verantwortest das Lösungsdesign der dir zugewiesenen Initiativen und bringst deine Expertise ein, um Anforderungen präzise zu analysieren und in durchdachte, praxistaugliche Lösungen zu übersetzen. Dabei empfiehlst du bewährte "Best Practices" und unterstützt unsere Kunden aktiv dabei, ihre Ziele effizient und nachhaltig zu erreichen.

Your responsibilities
  • Funktions-, Prozess- & Fehleranalyse sowie Bewertung neuer Anforderungen im Bereich «Digital Wealth Management»
  • Teilnahme an Client-Service Calls sowie organisatorische Vorbereitung von Patches/Releases
  • Enger Austausch in interdisziplinären Teams mit internen und externen Stakeholdern
  • Prüfung bestehender Prozesse und neu implementierter Funktionalitäten
  • Spezifikation von Entwicklungstickets, inkl. Beschreibung der Prozesse und Akzeptanzkriterien
  • Austausch mit dem internen Produktteam zur langfristigen Weiterentwicklung des Produktes
Your qualifications, skills and experience
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik, Betriebswirtschaft oder vergleichbar
  • 2 - 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich technische Business Analyse oder Support von IT Systemen
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit APIs und Verständnis vom Zusammenspiel mehrerer Systeme
  • Team-Player mit starken technischen und analytischen Fähigkeiten
  • Souveräne Kommunikation und Umgang mit verschiedenen technischen und fachlichen Stakeholdern
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
  • SQL Kenntnisse
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Wealth Management und/oder Retail Banking, bankinterner Prozesse sowie Zukunfts-Trends sind von Vorteil
