Dein Fokus

Du bist verantwortlich für eine überzeugende Candidate Journey – von der Talentgewinnung bis hin zur Vertragsverhandlung und –erstellung

Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für den gesamten Recruiting-Prozess in deinem Bereich – einschließlich Interviews auf allen Karrierestufen sowie dem Recruiting internationaler Partner

Du identifizierst potenzielle Kandidat*innen, sprichst sie an und baust dir dadurch ein eigenes Netzwerk auf

Du arbeitest eng mit deinen Hiring Managern aus den unterschiedlichen Fachbereichen zusammen

Du erkennst Trends am Markt und hast die Fähigkeit, diese erfolgreich auf deinen Bereich zu übertragen

Bereit für Detecon?

Erfolgreich Abgeschlossenes Bachelor- oder Masterstudium in Personalmanagement oder Wirtschaftspsychologie

Mindestens sechs Jahre Berufserfahrung als Recruiter*in, idealerweise in der Beratung

Erfahrung im Umgang mit gängigen Bewerbermanagementsystemen und Sourcing-Lösungen

Expertise im Projektmanagement

Verhandlungssichere Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse

Deine Neugier auf neue Trends und die Suche nach innovativen Recruiting-Ansätzen runden dein Profil ab
