Als Founders Associate (f/m/x) arbeitest du direkt mit unserem Gründerteam zusammen und erhältst nicht nur Einblicke in die Unternehmensstrategie, sondern auch in die konkrete Arbeit mit unseren Kunden. Du übernimmst Verantwortung für eigene Projekte, unterstützt bei der Steuerung von Marketing- und Wachstumsinitiativen und legst so den Grundstein für deine weitere Entwicklung – z. B. in Projektleitung für Wachstumsprojekte.
Aufgaben- Direkte Zusammenarbeit mit dem Gründerteam – strategische Initiativen, interne Projekte und Kundenthemen gemeinsam gestalten
- Projektarbeit mit Kunden – du unterstützt bei der Planung, Steuerung und Umsetzung von Marketing- und Wachstumsprojekten
- Account Management light – du hilfst, Kundenbeziehungen zu pflegen, Reportings aufzubereiten und Maßnahmen zu koordinieren
- Strategie & Organisation – du entwickelst interne Prozesse weiter, baust Strukturen auf und sorgst für mehr Effizienz
- Finance & Operations – du erstellst Businesspläne, Finanzmodelle und Reportings und optimierst unsere Finance-Prozesse
- Business Development – du wirkst bei der Entwicklung neuer Serviceangebote mit und hilfst, neue Märkte zu erschließen
- Abgeschlossenes Studium (Bachelor/Master) in BWL, VWL, Kommunikation, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einem vergleichbaren Fach
- Erste Berufserfahrung (0–2 Jahre) in einem dynamischen Umfeld (z. B. Beratung, Marketing, Start-up, VC)
- Strukturierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise mit hohem Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an direkter Kundenarbeit
- Analytisch stark, detailorientiert und gleichzeitig pragmatisch
- Hands-on-Mentalität und Lust, operative Verantwortung zu übernehmen
- Fließend in Deutsch und Englisch
- Kundennahe Rolle – direkter Einblick in die Steuerung von Projekten und Kundenarbeit
- Entwicklungsperspektive – Möglichkeit zur Weiterentwicklung in Richtung Account Management oder Projektleitung
