Wir sind branchly, ein KI-SaaS-Unternehmen aus München, und suchen eine*n motivierten Operations & Strategy Intern (m/w/d), der/die uns Founder mit Leidenschaft bei der Skalierung unterstützt. Diese Position ist in Vollzeit und vor Ort in München (Hybrid). Wir verfolgen ein hybrides Arbeitsmodell. Aufgaben
  • Operations: Ausbau unseres internen Operations-Systems durch Automatisierungen für effizientere interne Arbeitsabläufe mithilfe von KI und Automatisierungstools wie n8n, make und Notion.
  • Sales & Marketing Experimente: Konzeptionierung von experimentellen Kampagnen und innovative Vertriebsstrategien.
  • Content Creation: Erstellung von Case Studies sowie Content für Social Media (insbesondere LinkedIn).
  • Allround Support: Unterstützung in diversen Bereichen, wie es in einem dynamischen Early-Stage Startup üblich ist.
Qualifikation
  • Eingeschriebener Student (Bachelor/Master) mindestens 6 Monaten Zeit vor Studienabschluss. Mindestdauer des Praktikums sind 3 Monate.
  • Arbeitsweise: Eigenständige, strukturierte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie hohe Eigenmotivation.
  • Erfahrung: Erste Berufserfahrung (Praktika, Vollzeit), idealerweise in einem Tech-Startup.
  • Technikaffin: Sicherer Umgang mit modernen KI-Tools (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini) und Prompting-Fähigkeiten.
  • Kommunikationsstärke: Hervorragende schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch (Muttersprache) und Englisch (verhandlungssicher).

Bonus Skills and Experience

  • Technische Kenntnisse oder Programmiererfahrung (Python, Javascript, SQL etc.)
  • Erfahrung mit Automatisierungstools (z.B. n8n) und APIs.
