Then support our Finance Team as a Working Student in Accounts Payable (m/f/d). Two brands – endless possibilities

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with reviewing and posting incoming invoices
  • Supporting the preparation of payment runs
  • Maintaining vendor master data and helping reconcile accounts
  • Communicating with internal departments to resolve open items
  • Contributing to month-end closings and internal audits
  • Gaining insight into the processes of an international hotel company

Be able.

  • You're enrolled in a university program in business administration, finance, hospitality or a related field
  • You're interested in accounting and want to gain practical experience
  • You work in a structured, detail-oriented and independent manner
  • You're confident using MS Office, especially Excel
  • You communicate well in both German and English
  • You're excited to be part of an international team
