WORKING STUDENT FINANCE

Your Role As a Working Student Finance, you will be part of the Finance Team and report directly to our Head of Finance. As a working student in the Team, you get to know different topics around accounting and finance and take on responsibility for challenging tasks. You will be working in a friendly atmosphere and will be fully integrated into the Finance team and the Front Office team and assist them from day one with your ambitious, hardworking attitude. In our fast-moving, growth-oriented environment, accountability and a proactive mindset are essential to delivering outstanding us and become part of a company that's a leader in the trading landscape Your Responsibilities Financial Accounting and Reporting Assist in creditor management and preparation of paymentsAssist in billing procedures and debtor’s management of 360T GroupAssist in daily administrational tasksConstant optimization and development of systems and processesParticipate in projects Assist in the preparation of statutory German GAAP (HGB)Assist in the preparation of management accounts and reporting Office ManagementSupervise and support the administrative functions of the organization, includingreceptionproperty and facility managementsafety of work environmentprovision of furnishing and equipment necessary for effective operationsCommunication support of external parties via phone and writingKnowledge ManagementFormal documents to be prepared to a professional standardComplex or difficult concepts, e.g. IT specs, to be explained in clear, succinct and effective termsPresentations to follow “current” market branding requirements and formatsDocuments to be retained / filed for future referenceKnowledge and insights to be proactively shared with colleagues (especially juniors)Own knowledge to be updated through continuous professional development Your Profile Student of business administration with specializations in Finance, Accounting or Taxes.
