Ihre Aufgaben:
- Beratung und Begleitung von Führungskräften in allen personalrelevanten Themen
- Gestaltung und Umsetzung von Change- und Transformationsmaßnahmen mit einer hohen Bereitschaft, Dinge auszuprobieren, anzupassen und schnell zu iterieren
- Unterstützung bei Personal- und Nachfolgeplanung
- Moderation von Konflikt- und Feedbacksituationen mit klarem Blick auf konstruktive, schnelle Lösungen
- Analyse relevanter HR-Kennzahlen zur Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Stakeholdern sowie dem Betriebsrat zur Optimierung von HR-Prozessen.
- Entwicklung moderner HR-Konzepte und Richtlinien
Ihr Profil:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich HR/Personalmanagement oder eine vergleichbare kaufmännische Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in relevanten Rollen, idealerweise in einer Matrixorganisation, oder vergleichbar (z. B. Wachstum oder Transformation)
- Fundierte, praxisnahe Arbeitsrechtskenntnisse
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Beratungskompetenz
- Erfahrung im Change – und Projekt Management
- Offenes, analytisches Mindset gepaart mit einer proaktiven, lösungsorientieren Arbeitsweise
- Sicherer Umgang mit HR-Tools und relevanten HR-Kennzahlen
- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
