Talent Acquisition Partner for Region Central Europe

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Talent Acquisition Partner with focus on corporate roles recruitment, you own the delivery of end-to-end recruitment processes for your assigned open roles. Using your specialized understanding of the competence areas you are responsible for, you work closely with the respective hiring managers. You will play a key role in attracting and hiring the right talent to drive our business forward. 

You will:

• Proactively communicate and serve as a partner and advisor to hiring managers.
• Own the full life cycle of assigned open roles, drive in-take meetings, writing job ads and ensure accurate systems (Applicant Tracking System) administration.
• Plan and execute candidates' profile/CV reviews, shortlisting, and assessment calls.
• Advise and support hiring managers in hiring decision-making.
• Talent sourcing of relevant candidates, pipeline building promotion and engagement for open roles, through for example Active Sourcing
• Participate in the team's Roadmap and projects
• Monitor and own performance KPIs and Metrics and definition of action plans accordingly.

WHO YOU ARE

We are looking for people with…

• Experience in recruiting corporate roles
• Experience with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter
• Proficiency level in English and German

• Strong Communicators & Advisors – Able to build relationships, provide guidance, and partner up effectively with stakeholders.
• Organized & Agile – Capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational skills.
• Comfortable using digital tools and an understanding of people analytics to drive informed hiring decisions.
• Knowledgeable in compliance management, ensuring all recruitment processes align with legal and company standards
