What we need:
We're seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner, Korea to shape the next phase of Digital Edge's growth across Southeast Asia.
Supporting the growth in Korea and Japan, you'll manage full-cycle hiring for a range of technical, engineering and corporate functions, engage business leaders as a trusted advisor, and help elevate our recruitment operations through process excellence, ATS optimization, and data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring stakeholders to understand recruiting priorities and deliver talent solutions aligned with business growth.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple markets and functions, from sourcing and assessment to offer and onboarding.
- Build and execute sourcing strategies using market intelligence, social platforms, and competitive mapping to attract top talent.
- Lead ATS and reporting initiatives, ensuring data integrity, operational efficiency, and actionable recruitment metrics.
- Provide hiring insights and dashboards to senior leadership to guide decision-making.
- Manage relationships with external partners and search firms to ensure quality and alignment with business goals.
- Contribute to employer branding, workforce planning, and regional pipelining projects.
Candidate Profile:
- 3–6 years of Talent Acquisition experience, with an interest in technical roles and recruit within data centers, infrastructure, telecommunications, or other high-growth industries.
- Strong track record of partnering with senior stakeholders across multiple countries or business units.
- Skilled in ATS management, analytics, and process improvement.
- Confident communicator with strong influencing and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable balancing multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Korean language (e.g. Bahasa, Mandarin, Japanese, and Thai) is a plus.
