About the role:

We're looking for a Customer Solutions Engineer (CSE) for BWR Engineering within the LTO Business Unit in the EMEA region.

The Engineering Solutions teams work with our BWR customers across Europe to help customers to meet their safety, generation and lifetime goals by offering technical solutions. The Customer Solutions Engineers deliver technical proposals that includes pricing, schedule and delivery model that maximize mutual success and protect Westinghouse against exposure to unacceptable risks.

The role may be suitable for remote working even if regularly working from the offices in Västerås, Sweden is expected, it can offer a degree of flexibility, and it will require an element of travel around the Nordics and possibly other parts of Europe to visit customers, vendors and Westinghouse offices and manufacturing sites.

You will report to the Customer Solutions Manager BWR NSSS.

Key Responsibilities:

Support opportunities and projects which involve BWR Engineering, by identifying the best solution for the customer need or challenge

Working with customers and suppliers, building business relationships

Investigate and define the most efficient industrial model for opportunities with different company partners

Be accountable for delivery of proposals to customers specifically

Navigate the product lines within ES EMEA (Plant Engineering, PWR Engineering, BWR Engineering and others) as opportunities arise, working with other Customer Solutions Managers and Engineers

Qualifications:

Engineering degree

Good experience in relevant BWR Engineering areas

You have or seek experience in business leadership and ability to work with internal and external stakeholders. This role may be well suited for a career change and/or development into a leadership role

5+ years of experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects with customers and with numerous company partners

Very good Swedish and English skills
