Deine Mission

Du transformierst Youro in eine starke Love-Brand: strategisch, kreativ und wachstumsorientiert.

Du entwickelst unsere Brand Identity weiter, führst unser kleines Social-Team, baust Communitys auf und setzt Formate auf, die skalierbar und wiedererkennbar sind.

Wichtig:

Du verantwortest Strategie + Projektleitung, während ein Team dich bei der Content-Produktion (Schnitt, Umsetzung, Posting) unterstützt.

Aufgaben

Was du verantwortest

Brand Strategy & Identity

  • Aufbau einer klaren Positionierung rund um Discover Europe
  • Entwicklung von Voice, Tonalität & Storytelling-Strukturen
  • Schaffung einer Markenwelt, die emotional trägt und skalierbar ist

Growth Strategy

  • Entwicklung einer nachhaltigen Wachstumsstrategie (Content → Reach → Community → Brand Love)
  • Konzeption von Formaten & Kampagnen, die kontinuierlich skalieren
  • KPI-getriebene Weiterentwicklung (Reach, Engagement, Community, Growth)

Content Strategy & Social Leadership

  • Aufbau einer kanalübergreifenden Content-Strategie (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn)
  • Entwicklung von Story-Formaten, Miniserien, Produzentenporträts, Themenwelten
  • Führung des Content-Teams (Praktikanten/Werkstudenten) für Umsetzung & Produktion
  • Sicherstellen, dass Inhalte regelmäßig, hochwertig und markengerecht veröffentlicht werden

Community Building

  • Aufbau einer aktiven, wachsenden Community
  • Entwicklung von Formaten, die Nähe, Vertrauen und Begeisterung schaffen
  • Storytelling rund um Produzenten, Produkte, Werte und die Menschen dahinter

Project Leadership

  • Ownership über Content-Kalender, Deadlines, Veröffentlichungen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Foundern für Markenführung & Thought Leadership
  • Sicherstellen, dass unsere Mission in jedem Touchpoint spürbar wird
Qualifikation

Was du mitbringst

  • 4+ Jahre Erfahrung in Brandbuilding, Content Strategy oder Social Leadership
  • Nachweisbare Erfolge im Aufbau oder der Weiterentwicklung einer Marke
  • Fähigkeit, Strategie + Wachstum + Storytelling zusammenzudenken
  • Führungskompetenz (Teamsteuerung, Qualitätsmanagement)
  • Starkes Gespür für Ästhetik, Geschichten und Community-Momente
  • Hohe Motivation für eine sinngetriebene Mission
  • Ideal: Erfahrung in Consumer-/D2C-Umfeld oder mit Plattformen
