Now, we're looking for a Senior Brand Consultant (m/f/x) to join us full-time – someone with a sharp strategic mindset, strong client communication skills, and the experience to lead projects and people. If you're ready to take ownership, build trusted relationships, and drive meaningful work forward, this one's for you.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own and lead client relationships – you're the strategic partner brands rely on
- Manage complex campaign and content projects from briefing to execution
- Translate brand goals into creative strategies and actionable campaign plans
- Guide internal teams across strategy, creation, and production
- Lead presentations and confidently communicate ideas, results, and recommendations
- Supervise budgets, timelines, and team workflows – always with an eye on quality and performance
- Collaborate closely with leadership to shape account direction and growth
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3–6 years of experience in brand consulting, account management, or strategic project leadership (agency or in-house)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and mentoring junior colleagues
- Strong understanding of brand strategy, campaign mechanics & digital culture
- Highly organized and proactive – you think ahead and take ownership
- KPI-driven mindset with the ability to translate performance into action
- Passion for social media, content, creator marketing & all things digital
- Hands-on mentality
- Fluent in German & English, confident in presenting and client communication
