For our skincare and bodycare brands — including HelloBody and BeautyMates — we are looking for a Senior Brand Designer (m/f/d) to join our Berlin team full-time.

Your mission
  • You own the visual look-and-feel of our brands and are part of our central design team, reporting directly to our Graphic Director.
  • You translate our brand strategy into modern, high-quality, easy-to-understand designs.
  • You evolve our design systems, templates, and guidelines and ensure they are consistently applied.
  • You create and update packaging designs such as tubes, labels, cartons, bottles, pouches, and outer packs.
  • You prepare precise, print-ready artwork for our suppliers.
  • You create 3D renderings and product visualizations; animation skills are a strong plus.
  • You design campaign assets including key visuals, banners, ads, newsletters, and CRM graphics.
  • You create social-first content for Instagram and TikTok, both static and animated.
  • You collaborate closely with our Social Media Manager and Video Editor.
  • You adapt assets for different markets including Germany, France, and Italy.
  • You design landing pages, PDPs, and additional on-site visuals for our shop.
  • You ensure a smooth, conversion-focused user experience across the customer journey.
  • You create clear, intuitive UX/UI elements aligned with our brand identity.
  • You optimize designs based on user behavior and performance insights.
  • You develop POS and retail visuals such as wobblers, shelf talkers, product cards, and banners.
  • You ensure retail materials reflect our brand world and storytelling.
  • You deliver accurate, print-ready assets to production partners.
  • You create moodboards, shot lists, and creative direction materials.
  • You support creative productions on set with your strong visual eye.
  • You work closely with the Brand Director to ensure tone, aesthetics, and creative vision are consistently executed.


Your profile

You have 4–6 years of experience in graphic design, brand design, or art direction, ideally in beauty or lifestyle.
You are skilled in packaging design and confident in delivering precise, print-ready files.
You bring a strong portfolio showcasing campaigns, social-first content, and modern digital aesthetics.
You understand e-commerce and UX and know how design supports conversion and storytelling.
You work confidently with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
You ideally have 3D skills for renderings or animations.
You are curious, tech-driven, and excited about AI and new creative tools.
You can adapt designs easily across channels such as social, CRM, website, paid ads, and POS.
You work in a structured, reliable way and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
You have a strong sense of trends, brand consistency, and visual storytelling.
You communicate clearly and enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams.
You are fluent in English; German is a plus.
You are based in Berlin.
