About The Role
The SAP FICO Specialist is responsible for the design, configuration, implementation, and support of the SAP Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules. This role ensures that the SAP financial systems align with business requirements, optimize processes, and provide accurate financial reporting for management decision-making.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead in SAP S/4HANA -FICO implementation, from requirement gathering to go-live and post-implementation support
  • Work with external SAP consultants and vendors as needed
  • Manage project plans, scope, budgets, timelines, and resource allocations in FICO
  • Drive delivery of project milestones and ensure successful go-live and stabilization phases
  • Work closely with the finance and controlling teams to analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities
  • Maintain system documentation, configuration guides, and training materials
  • Perform system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Support data migration and validation activities
  • Collaborate with other SAP module teams (MM, SD, PP, HR, etc.) to ensure seamless cross-functional integration
  • Support management reporting and financial closing processes (monthly, quarterly, annual)

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in information technology, Business, or a related field
  • 5–8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP FI and CO module(ECC/S4hana) version configuration and support
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and controlling processes
  • Familiarity with integration points between FI/CO and other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP, HR)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Fluent in English
  • SAP FICO certification preferred
