The Senior Specialist SAP Technology aggregates the Integration Specialist, SAP Development Lead (ABAB/FIORI), Platform Architect and Archive Specialist role and ensures end-to-end technical consistency and compliance across SAP development, integration, platform architecture, and archiving.

/ Oversee SAP system architecture to ensure scalability, stability and alignment with Business and IT EA
/ Oversee SAP development standards (ABAP, FIORI) across teams
/ Ensure robust, secure integration between SAP and non-SAP systems (e.g. via PI/PO, CPI, APIs)
/ Validate data archiving compliance with GDPR and data retention requirements
/ Coordinate cross-functional technical topics, including security, performance and lifecycle management
/ Support solution design and provide expert input during technical issue resolution
/ Review and approve technical solution concepts, development approaches, and integrations

/ Deep knowledge of SAP architecture, including S/4HANA and with a focus on cloud landscapes
/ Expertise in SAP development (ABAP, FIORI) and integration tools (CPI, PI/PO, API Management)
/ Strong understanding of GDPR and enterprise data archiving practices
/ Familiarity with platform management topics (e.g. transport management, upgrades, system copies)
/ Ability to assess technical risk and impact across system landscape
/ Agile methodologies skills
/ Problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
/ Strong communication and collaboration skills
