Technical Account Manager, Europe

Our client is looking for a Technical Account Manager in Germany to develop and nurture our commercial and technical relationships with our clients in the Solar and Storage (Renewable) sectors. The candidate will increase sales by holding and developing a portfolio of clients in his/her territory, maintaining a close relationship with each client, and ensuring that the right technical solutions are promoted, and the right services delivered in a satisfactory manner.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for client's success (satisfaction, loyalty, development, revenues growth) within the territory.
- Organize and attend or lead client's meetings, conduct quarterly reviews. Collect client's inputs.
- Present STS services and advise clients on selecting the most relevant services from STS.
- Prepare technical-commercial proposals.
- Generate leads/opportunities and manage orders life-cycle up to payment collection.
- Maintain business relationships within the portfolio of existing clients within the assigned territory.
- Ensure clients satisfaction before-during-after orders execution.
- Guarantee quick response time.
- Develop new accounts within the assigned territory.
- Other tasks assigned by Manager.
- Masters in engineering, preferably in PV or renewables.
- Solid technical knowledge in related industries.
- Fluent in German and English.
- Experience as Technical Sales, After Sales Technical Support, Product Manager, Technical Advisor or Quality Engineer.
- Strong communication skills.
- Impeccable interaction with clients.
