Your Responsibilities
- Manage the EMEA Quality Management Software Infrastructure (CAQ), ensuring alignment with organizational and regulatory requirements

  • Support the implementation and harmonization of EMEA quality standards and guidelines, balancing compliance with business objectives
  • Assist in document management and change control processes, ensuring proper governance and traceability
  • Prepare and present key data for KPI tracking and Management Review processes
  • Conduct follow-up activities post-audit, analyzing findings to identify root causes, best practices, key risks, and actionable recommendations
  • Develop and maintain quality management reports and dashboards for use across all organizational levels

Your qualification
- University degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Life Sciences, Quality Management) or equivalent professional qualification

  • Experience in a regulated industry (e.g., medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or similar)
  • Background in Quality Management Systems (QMS) or Regulatory Affairs is preferred
  • Solid knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 standards
  • Familiarity with FDA 21 CFR Part 820 quality system requirements is an advantage
  • Strong IT affinity and proficiency in using digital tools and systems related to quality management
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in German is beneficial. Additional language skills are an asset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset, capable of fostering positive, cross-functional collaboration
  • Business-oriented approach with a proactive, solution-driven attitude
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel within the EMEA region (up to 25%)
