Als Sales Operations Manager bist du der Motor für effiziente Vertriebsprozesse – von der Analyse bis zur Umsetzung innovativer Lösungen im Vertrieb.

Dein Beitrag zum ERFOLG – was du bei uns bewegst

  • Gestalte und optimiere Prozesse im Gebietsmanagement und unterstütze bereichsrelevante Projekte
  • Analysiere Verkaufsgebiete, identifiziere Potenziale und definiere neue bzw. angepasste Gebietsstrukturen
  • Bereite Daten auf, präsentiere Ergebnisse für die Vertriebsleitung und stimme die nächsten Schritte ab
  • Gib strategischen Input für den Vertrieb und entwickle Vorschläge für die regionale Gebietsbesetzung
  • Erstelle und optimiere Tourenplanungen für den Außendienst und entwickle dabei die Software und Datenbank weiter
  • Führe Schulungen für Mitarbeiter von insbesondere neuen Vertriebsaußendienstkollegen

Dein Profil – was du mitbringst

  • Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation (z.B. (kaufmännische Ausbildung und Zusatzqualifikation)
  • Ausgeprägte digitale Affinität und sehr gute EDV-Kenntnisse (Gebietsanalysesoftware, MS Office, SAP-BW)
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Ausgeprägte Analysefähigkeit und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, Kommunikationsstärke und Teamorientierung
  • Flexibilität, Organisationstalent und Belastbarkeit
