Key Responsibilities

Dealer Support & Sales Process Management: Serve as the primary operational contact for XPENG's partners in Germany, supporting the full vehicle order, allocation, and delivery process.

Order & Inventory Coordination: Manage dealer orders in CRM systems, monitor stock availability, and coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.

Sales Policy Implementation: Execute sales policies, pricing structures, and business programs across the dealer network, ensuring alignment and compliance with corporate standards.

Incentive & Rebate Administration: Track, validate, and process dealer incentive and rebate programs, ensuring transparency, accuracy, and timely settlement.

Business Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret sales and inventory data to identify market trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for improvement. Prepare regular reports to support management decision-making and operational planning.

Process Optimization: Continuously review and improve sales operation procedures to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and dealer satisfaction.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with logistics, finance, marketing, and aftersales teams to ensure seamless coordination and consistent customer experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Economics, or related field.

At least 1 year of experience in sales operations, dealer management, or order administration, preferably within the automotive industry.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured, data-driven mindset.

Experience working with ERP/CRM systems and handling complex business data.

Excellent communication, organizational, and coordination abilities.

Fluent in German and English.

Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to perform effectively in a fast-paced, international environment.
