Product Specialist (Product Management) (w/m/d)
Aufgaben
TECHNISCHES PRODUKTMANAGEMENT (~ 70%)

  • Unterstützung von Marketing- und Verkaufsteams bei allen Fragen zu bestehenden und neuen Produkten
  • Maßgebliche Verantwortung für die Produkteinführung und Ausphasung
  • Gestaltung der Produktstrategie für unsere HVAC Produkte mit Rücksprache an das HQ
  • Erstellung oder Übernahme und Verwaltung aller Produktdokumentationen (z. B. Handbücher, Ausschreibungstexte, Datanorm-Dateien, Kataloge, Präsentationen usw.).
  • Erstellung von Wettbewerbs- und Produktvergleichen
  • Management der erforderlichen Produktzertifizierungen
  • Regelmäßige Überprüfung aller relevanten Normen und Vorschriften, Weitermeldung relevanter Änderung
  • Teilnahme an Verbandsversammlungen

SUPPORT (~ 30%)

  • Unterstützung der Installateure, Großhändler und interner Teams bei allen technischen Fragen per Telefon, E-Mail und in Ausnahmefällen vor Ort.
  • Identifikation technischer Probleme, Entwicklung von Lösungen und Koordination bei eventuellen Produktfehlern mit der Serviceabteilung
  • Überwachung, Analyse und Reporting aller Servicefälle, um ein gutes Verständnis der tatsächlichen Probleme zu erhalten und Gegenmaßnahmen zu entwickeln

Profil

  • Bachelor oder Ingenieur Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen
  • Gutes technisches Verständnis, Kenntnisse in der Klimatisierung, insbesondere in VRF Systemen, Chillern und Wärmepumpen (mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung bevorzugt)
  • Gute Kenntnisse der PC-Anwendungssoftware, insbesondere für Excel und PowerPoint
  • Bereitschaft, gelegentlich innerhalb Deutschlands zu reisen
  • Praktische Denkweise und Bereitschaft zur Entwicklung unseres Geschäfts
  • Fließend Deutsch und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (schriftlich und mündlich)
