Together with Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors, Hyundai MOBIS is one of the biggest companies within the Hyundai group. In addition to research and development of high-tech products for passenger cars, MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is responsible for the whole aftersales business of genuine parts and accessories for Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors in Europe.
Your profile
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in general affairs, with expertise in managing office environments, employee welfare, and corporate logistics.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage various operational areas simultaneously.
- Ability to manage vendor negotiations and maintain supplier relationships effectively.
- Intermediate or higher English proficiency; Korean language skills are considered a plus.
- Proactive and service-oriented mindset with a focus on providing support for management and operations.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with both internal teams and external partners.
Your tasks
- Coordinate the safety and facility operations across Mobis European subsidiaries, including Germany, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Türkiye, and Spain.
- Manage overall processes of developing, implementing, and finalizing safety regulation guidelines and facility investment plans.
- Plan/Initiate safety inspections at each site; manage facility-related issues; and oversee the execution of facility investment projects.
- Manage regular compliance checks with safety laws and regulations across all subsidiaries, and oversee the resolution of facility-related issues.
- Negotiate with external suppliers and manage competitive bidding procedures for relevant safety and facility services.
- Report the establishment of facility investment plans and prepare execution reports; compile and maintain safety-related regulations applicable to European subsidiaries.
- Coordinate ongoing collaboration with safety and facility teams across European subsidiaries to ensure alignment and continuous improvement.
- Execute additional tasks and provide support as needed, based on departmental requirements.
