We are hiring a Enterprise Solution Sales Executive, DACH to join our distributed team, reporting to the Regional Head of Solution Sales for the EMEA region.


Our Enterprise Solution Sales team develops and executes effective sales strategies, driving the adoption of key products and services among our largest customers. As champions for our customers, they provide valuable feedback to our product and engineering teams, continuously enhancing the customer experience. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Strategic Account Managers, Solution Engineers, Partners and Alliances, as well as Product and Marketing teams to deliver exceptional results.

In this role, you will lead a territory comprised of named accounts across the DACH region, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to drive success.


Our Strategy Collection offering (Focus/Talent/Jira Align) helps customers connect business strategy to technical execution by making team-level data visible across their enterprise in real-time. By aligning everyone on the same page to determine scope, roadmaps, and dependencies across teams and portfolios, it connects strategic investments to drive outcomes faster and more reliably.

  • Lead end-to-end sales motions for our Strategy Collection offering

  • Partner with our account teams on account planning and driving the book of business

  • Build territory and accounts plans across the DACH region

  • Co-sell and collaborate with solution partners and GSIs

  • Forecasting a pipeline for our Strategy Collection offering

Qualifications

Your background

  • Exceptional communicator, with the ability to influence across diverse audiences - with fluency in English and German

  • Proven success in a quota-carrying, closing sales role within Enterprise SaaS or software, leading new lands and expansions end-to-end across the DACH market

  • Skilled at engaging and influencing senior stakeholders at multiple levels

  • Strategic in territory and account planning, with a focus on prioritizing customer engagements to maximize growth and retention

  • Demonstrated experience growing enterprise accounts through cross-sell, upsell, and driving transformational deals

  • Adept at creating alignment and orchestrating internal account teams to achieve shared goals

  • Familiar with (Scaled) Agile Frameworks, Lean Portfolio Management, and MEDDPICC
