to lead critical financial workstreams that drive our company's growth and transformation agenda. This strategic role partners with senior leadership to evaluate opportunities, manage complex transactions, and ensure successful execution of initiatives across
M&A, Divestments, Integration & Separation, and strategic projects

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Financial Workstreams:
    Drive financial evaluation, modeling, and due diligence for acquisitions, divestitures, and partnerships.
  • Integration & Separation Finance:
    Oversee financial planning and execution for post-merger integration and business separations.
  • Strategic Partnering:
    Collaborate with Strategy and senior leadership to assess growth opportunities and support long-term planning.
  • Scenario Modeling & Business Cases:
    Build and review complex financial models to assess investments, synergies, and risks.
  • Cross-functional Leadership:
    Work closely with Legal, Tax, HR, Operations, and other teams to embed financial considerations in all phases of transformation.
  • Governance & Reporting:
    Ensure compliance, risk management, and prepare materials for executive and board-level discussions.
  • Market & Competitive Analysis:
    Provide insights on industry trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics (MBA/CFA preferred).
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in finance, investment banking, or strategy consulting with exposure to M&A and transformation projects.
  • Proven track record in leading financial workstreams for complex transactions.
  • Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
  • Experience in life sciences or healthcare is a plus.
