Manager Finance Practice (m/w/d)

Deine Hauptaufgabe besteht darin, direkt nach dem Erwerb eines Unternehmens durch die AURELIUS Wachstumskapital, als Teil des
Operations Teams
sich um das Onboarding und die im Anschluss laufende Betreuung der Beteiligungen zu kümmern. Reisebereitschaft: die Rolle setzt regelmäßige Präsenz vor Ort in den Portfoliounternehmen voraus (3 Tage/ Woche).

Deine Aufgabenschwerpunkte

  • Finanzanalysen auf Unternehmens- und Konzernebene (Budget, Forecasts, Analysen, Reporting, Liquiditätsplanung)
  • Abweichungsanalysen und Identifikation von Handlungsbedarfen
  • Aufbau von Controlling-Strukturen und KPI-Systemen zur Unterstützung einer datengetriebenen Unternehmenssteuerung
  • Mitwirkung an der Analyse und Optimierung des Controllings operativer Tochterkonzerne und –gesellschaften
  • Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung der wöchentlichen und monatlichen Berichterstattung des Konzerns und seiner Beteiligungen
  • Ansprechpartner sowohl für die Geschäftsführung der Beteiligung und für externe Partner (z.B. Kreditinstitute, Berater, Steuerberater und Wirtschaftsprüfer)

Dein Profil

  • Wirtschaftswissenschaftlicher Universitätsabschluss mit ausgeprägten kaufmännischen Kenntnissen
  • Abschluss weiterer relevanter beruflicher Examina (z.B. ACCA, CA, CFA o.ä.) ist von Vorteil
  • Gute Kenntnisse der nationalen (HGB) und/oder IFRS Rechnungslegung
  • 4 - 6J. Berufserfahrung in der Unternehmensberatung/Wirtschaftsprüfung, bevorzugt in einem mittelständisch geprägten Umfeld
  • Vertraut mit und versiert in Veränderungsprozessen, wie Restrukturierung, Transformation, Wachstums- oder Start-up Phasen
  • Hohe Zahlenaffinität und ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten
  • Souverän im Projektmanagement und Ergebnispräsentationen
  • Hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie eine pragmatische Arbeitsweise
  • Fähigkeit, sowohl das große Ganze zu überblicken als auch Hands-on Dinge im Detail voranzutreiben und selbst umzusetzen
  • Kompetent im Umgang mit gängigen Tools wie Excel, PowerPoint und vertraut mit ERP- und Buchhaltungs-Systemen
  • Fließende deutsche Sprachkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
