Ihre Aufgaben

  • Operative Umsetzung der Operations Strategy mit Fokus Montage
  • Umsetzung von Optimierungsprojekten als Projekt-/ Teil-Projektleiter
  • Kommunikation strategischer Inhalte auf allen Hierarchiestufen
  • Fokus auf Standardisierung sowie Schnittstellen zu Digitalisierungsmethoden
  • Tracking und Reporting Projektfortschritt an Management
  • Durchgängige Kosten-Transparenz (CAPEX/OPEX) der Optimierungsprojekte
  • Identifikation und Bewertung weiterer Produktionsoptimierungen in der Montage
  • Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung innovativer KI-Lösungen in der Produktion

Ihr Profil

  • Studium: Sie verfügen über einen erfolgreich abgeschlossenen Master im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen / Maschinenbau / Produktionstechnik oder vergleichbar
  • Erfahrung zählt: Erste Berufserfahrung ist wünschenswert
  • Fachliche Expertise: Sie verfügen über Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement und Fachwissen zu den Themen Fabrikplanung, Produktions-/Logistikplanung sowie fundierte Kenntnisse zu Lean-Methoden (5S, Kaizen, Wertstromanalyse). Zudem können Sie Erfahrungen in Arbeitswirtschaft und Zeitaufnahmen sowie im Umgang mit SAP vorweisen
  • Sprachkompetenz: Sie besitzen sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Analytische Fähigkeiten: Ihre schnelle Auffassungsgabe und strukturierte Arbeitsweise zeichnen Sie aus
  • Persönliches Engagement: Sie bringen die Bereitschaft zu Dienstreisen mit. Eine teamorientierte Arbeitsweise und hohe Einsatzbereitschaft runden Ihr Profil ab
