Do you enjoy working in a dedicated, dynamic and international environment that aims for high-performance engineering solutions in aerospace technology? If you thrive in a fast-paced, international environment where collaboration and innovation are key, we want to hear from you Your Tasks Assist the team in developing and maintaining engineering documentation through the life cycle of the vehicleParticipate in design for manufacture (DFM) reviews with all stakeholders from peer designers to management Prepare bill of materials (BOM) for input into the procurement process Assist with hands-on tasks such as assembly, integration and testingDrive the implementation and continuous improvement of manufacturing methods and processes Your QualificationsCurrently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a STEM-related field Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, ideally in an aerospace context Hands-on experience with tools and equipment in a manufacturing workshopBeing part of a rocketry student team, formula student or similar is a strong plus Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken (all daily activities are conducted in English) Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn and contribute as needed by the team in a collaborative environment We offer Atmosphere: Experience life in an international New Space start-up Flexibility: Fit your working schedule to your needs with flexible working hours Health: Sweat, stretch or squat it out with WellPass, a training app which connects you to thousands of gyms and studios Parking: Free parking for your car and your bike RFA Family: Join our self organized after-work activities or company events and become part of the RFA family This is the perfect opportunity to take on an exciting new challenge and be part of the leading private company in the new European space race.
