Product Lead - AI Startup - €30mil+ funding - €140k-€165k - Hybrid/Berlin

We're running a search for an early-stage AI startup at the intersection of agentic AI and audio - helping creators and teams automate workflows, ideate faster, and collaborate with AI across sound and content.

Founded by ex-Microsoft, Amazon, and Meta leaders with PhD-level data scientists, the team has built its own LLMs specifically for the product, making the company's direction genuinely unique.

With strong investor backing, they're hiring their first
Product Lead
to take the initial product toward PMF, drive product strategy, and shape the roadmap, culture, and execution foundation as the company scales.

As the company grows, this position is expected to evolve into a Head of Product role.

What You'll Own

  • Lead product strategy across discovery, prioritisation, roadmap, and execution
  • Translate the team's deep AI capabilities into clear use cases and customer value
  • Partner closely with engineering, design, and founders to ship fast, test, and iterate
  • Drive research, customer development, and workflow mapping with creator and pro-user segments
  • Define success metrics, run experiments, and push the product toward PMF
  • Establish product processes, rituals, and culture from the ground up

What We're Looking For

  • 6+ years in Product Management, ideally with 0-1 or early-stage experience
  • Must have shipped or worked deeply on
    generative AI products
    or complex AI-driven workflows
  • Strong product intuition paired with analytical/experimental rigour
  • Experience defining and validating hypotheses, running experiments, and driving PMF
  • Ability to work fast and autonomously in highly ambiguous environments
  • Strong communicator who can simplify complex problems and influence across teams
  • Bonus: experience in creator tools, audio/sound, or workflow automation products

They operate a flexible hybrid setup, with most of the team coming in around once a week.

For exceptional candidates, there is flexibility to go above the advertised salary range.
